Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
By using PayEG you agree to these Terms. PayEG is a technical intermediary that lets you pay bills, top up mobile and internet credit, and settle installments and e-wallets through payment gateways licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt.
1. Service Description
- Mobile top-up for all networks (Vodafone, Etisalat, Orange, WE).
- Base and add-on internet packages, plus scratch cards.
- Electricity, gas, water, and landline bill payments.
- Installments (ValU, Aman, Souhoola, contact).
- E-wallet top-ups and home-internet payments.
PayEG does not deliver the end service itself; the provider (telecom, utility, or lender) remains responsible for executing the top-up or settling the bill.
2. Account & Responsibility
- You must be at least 18 to use the service.
- You are responsible for entering the correct subscription number (phone, meter, invoice) before confirming payment.
- Payments made to a wrong number you entered yourself are treated as successful and cannot be reversed by the end provider.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity on your account.
3. Fees & Payments
- All prices are in Egyptian pounds (EGP) and include applicable taxes.
- A small service fee may apply on some operations; it is shown clearly before confirmation.
- Transactions are processed via Kashier, Fawry, and OPay under their respective terms.
- We do not store card data — it is handled directly by the licensed gateway.
4. PayEG Wallet
- The PayEG wallet is intended solely for paying bills and services inside the platform; it is not a bank account and does not accrue interest.
- You can top up the wallet and pay from it for available services.
- Withdrawals are subject to our refund policy and AML requirements.
5. Prohibited Use
- Fraud, money laundering, or funding of illegal activity.
- Using a card or account that is not yours.
- Attempts to bypass technical limits or exploit vulnerabilities.
- Commercial resale of the service without a written agreement.
We may suspend or close any account in violation and report to competent authorities where required.
6. Liability
- We are not liable for delays by the end service provider.
- We are not liable for downtime caused by payment gateways or telecom networks.
- Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount of the disputed transaction.
7. Updates
We may update these Terms and will notify you by email or in-app notice of material changes.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes.
