Terms & Conditions

The VoxAI service ("Service") is operated by VixAi ("we", "us", "our"), based in Alexandria, Egypt. By using the Service you are entering into a binding agreement with VixAi and agree to these Terms.

1. Acceptance

Your continued use of the Service constitutes full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

2. Description of the Service

VoxAI is an AI platform offering text-to-speech, AI video and image generation, translation, transcription, voice tone matching, and AI writing assistance.

3. Eligibility & Account

  • You must be of legal age (or have parental consent) to use the Service.
  • If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it to these Terms.
  • You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable Use & Misuse Prohibition

You must not use the Service for:

  • Any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or spam activity.
  • Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.
  • Uploading malware, probing or testing the security of our systems, scraping, or circumventing technical limits.
  • Producing hate speech, sexual content involving minors, incitement to violence, or non-consensual deepfakes.
  • Generating financial, medical, or legal recommendations presented as professional advice without qualified human oversight.

5. Generative AI — Your Responsibility

  • You are responsible for your prompts, your use of the outputs, and verifying their accuracy.
  • You must hold all necessary rights to any content (text, images, audio) you upload.
  • AI outputs may be inaccurate and are not suitable for professional or regulated decisions without qualified human review.
  • We may refuse, filter, restrict, or remove outputs that violate these Terms, and may suspend accounts for repeated violations.
  • If you are a rights holder and believe outputs infringe your rights, send a takedown notice to the email below for review and removal where appropriate.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service (software, design, branding, documentation, trademarks) remain owned by VixAi. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service within the limits of your selected plan.

  • No reverse engineering, resale, redistribution, or circumvention of technical limits.
  • You grant us a limited license to host and process your uploaded content solely to operate the Service for you.

7. Payments & Subscriptions

International orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for these orders and handles related customer service inquiries and returns.

Local payments within Egypt are processed through Paymob (a payment gateway licensed by the Central Bank of Egypt) and appear as "VixAi / VoxAI" on your statement. These transactions are also subject to Paymob's Terms in addition to ours.

Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms together with our Refund Policy.

8. Service Level

We strive to provide a stable Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance and updates may temporarily affect availability.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" without any implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  • VixAi's aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages (loss of profits, data, or goodwill).
  • Liability is not excluded for fraud, death, or personal injury where required by law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify VixAi against any claims arising from your uploaded content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

11. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for:

  • Material breach of these Terms or our Acceptable Use rules.
  • Non-payment or payment disputes.
  • Suspected fraud or activity that risks our security or other users.
  • Repeated or serious policy violations.

On termination you may export your data within 30 days, after which it will be deleted from our servers.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice before they take effect.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and any disputes will be resolved before the competent courts in Alexandria, Egypt — unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
