Refund & Cancellation Policy

30-day money-back guarantee. You can request a full refund within 30 days of any purchase at paddle.net. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

1. Payment Providers

The VoxAI service is operated by VixAi (Alexandria, Egypt). We use two payment providers:

  • Paddle.com — for international payments, acting as Merchant of Record. "Paddle" appears on your bank statement.
  • Paymob — for local payments inside Egypt (Visa/Mastercard/Meeza/e-wallets). "VixAi / VoxAI" appears on your statement.

The 30-day money-back guarantee applies to both providers, but processing differs (see section 3).

2. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your payment. This guarantee applies to:

  • New subscriptions (first payment).
  • Subscription renewals.
  • One-time credit purchases.

Each request is reviewed by Paddle in line with the Paddle Refund Policy. Paddle retains discretion to issue refunds outside this window where circumstances warrant.

3. How to Request a Refund

  1. Recommended — through Paddle: Go to the buyer portal at paddle.net, sign in with the email used at purchase, and request the refund directly from the invoice.
  2. Or via us: Email voxai@doojin.art with your invoice number and registered email, and we'll forward the request to Paddle for processing.

Once approved, the refund typically reaches your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

4. How to Cancel Auto-Renewal

Cancellation only stops future renewals — it does not automatically refund prior payments (refunds must be requested separately). You can cancel in any of the following ways:

  • From your account: Go to Purchases and click "Cancel subscription".
  • From the Paddle portal: via paddle.net or the manage-subscription link in any Paddle invoice email.
  • By emailing us: voxai@doojin.art.

After cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then stops.

5. Service Outages

If we fail to deliver the Service due to our error, contact us for a full refund or equivalent credits processed via Paddle.

6. Account Deletion

Cancelling does not delete your account. To permanently delete your account and all data, email us at the address above.
